Fill in the basics now — you can add transformations, speakers, and raffle settings on the edit page after you click Build.

Event name This becomes part of every share link (e.g. /event/may-pdx-event). Short + memorable beats long — you can put a longer description in the location field below.

How will attendees join?

This shapes the rest of the platform: in-person events get the flyer + raffle poster, online events get screen-share-aware deck labels and chat-paste helpers, hybrid events get both. You can change this later in /edit → Event details.
